A return to two-way city streets
“Town Green has definitely helped my business in many ways. Having a collaborative voice and people being able to come together, you need someone to foster that and Town Green does that for the City of New Haven.”
“The Owl Shop has been an active participant of Town Green District’s Terrasse program since its inception in 2015, and we can’t say enough about the positive impact this program has and continues to have on our business, our neighborhood and the vitality of our city.
Creating Terrasses around our district activates and beautifies our streescape, enticing and inviting the public to patronize our restaurants and bars, creating a vibrant day and nightlife experience.”
“Town Green is great. They really go above and beyond to make downtown New Haven beautiful, safe and welcoming to both tourists and locals. As a business owner downtown, I’ve gotten to see firsthand how effective Town Green is. The ambassadors are friendly and responsive and can be seen everywhere cleaning and patrolling. The Terrasse program has been very beneficial to businesses and the area and makes New Haven that much more appealing. And I love the recent improvements and beautification of Temple Plaza!”
“Town Green has been a huge asset for our business and neighborhood, from the Night Market to community partnerships to fun promotional events, we’re proud to be a part of the Town Green District!”
